Wine Review: Luminore is Lamarca's step into the premium Prosecco market. Having conquered the everyday category, they thought they would try their luck with a DOCG offering. The nose opens up with a bouquet of wildflowers, toasted hazelnuts, and candied ginger. On the palate, the Luminore is symphonic in that it has stone fruit overtones, mid-palate savory notes like basil and lemon zest, and this bright acidity that freshens the finish. You can tell that the wine carries a bit more sweetness than most at this level, but it does so elegantly. This would pair well with a creamy French vanilla ice cream. - Nicolay
