Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with a faint stewed plum and dark chocolate bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, juicy and savory. The flavor profile is a stewed black plum and black raspberry blend with notes of oak. I also detected some flinty minerality, black currant tea and faint red beet towards the very end. The finish is dry and its flavors and mild tannins drift away nicely. I would pair this friendly Pinot with a pork tenderloin. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Aromas of boysenberry, cherry, and sweet tobacco are followed by flavors of raspberry, blackberry, and cherry. The 2019 vintage presents fine tannins and balanced acidity.
