Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay from La Crema opens with a mild oak and lemon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, round and juicy. The flavor profile is a mild vanilla oak influenced pear with notes of green apple and a touch of pineapple. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This Chard will be versatile with food and a crowd pleaser. I would pair it with a grilled chicken sandwich. Enjoy – Ken
