Wine Review: This light brick red colored Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley in Oregon is very good. It opens with a pleasant light red raspberry bouquet with hints of plum. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and savory. The flavor profile is a tasty spiced plum with notes of red raspberry and light oak. We also detected a hint of strawberry rhubarb and a dash of black pepper. The finish is dry and its flavors are nicely prolonged. The panel suggested pairing this Pinot with a grilled salmon burger or an after Thanksgiving turkey sandwich with stuffing and cranberry. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Rose petals, pipe tobacco, cranberry, and pine in the nose. Red cherry, black tea, mocha, and pomegranate in the mouth. Balanced and supple, with a spicy finish.
