Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with a fragrant red raspberry bouquet with hints of mild oak and nutmeg. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, smooth, and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a tasty mild red currant and strawberry blend with a hint of integrated mild oak. The finish is dry and its mild dusty tannins are a bit sticky. This is a very food friendly Pinot that would pair well with grilled salmon. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: "This vintage opens with rich cherry notes, punctuated by sweet tobacco and orange peel tones. With the first sip, a mouth-watering jammy quality is immediately evident, with fresh cherry flavors joined by orange peel and tea leaves. A lovely balanced acidity and sturdy tannins round out the mouth." - Melissa Stackhouse, Winemaker
