Wine Review: This clear and medium red colored Pinot Noir from Kosta Browne opens with a blueberry, red cherry, and red plum bouquet with hints of cranberry, strawberry, and lavender. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, delicate and clean. The flavor profile is a gentle cranberry and juicy red plum blend with notes of mild strawberry and toasted coconut. We also detected some hints of Earl grey tea and a touch of clove. The finish is dry, and its flavors and mild tannins linger for a bit. The Tasting Panel would decant this Pinot for a little while before pairing it with a garlicy pork roast. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Nose: Intense dark cherry, cranberry, and fresh market blueberries with rustic, floral notes of wild rose.
Mouth: Expansive, with a layered depth of fruit. An undeniable richness with broad structure and beautiful texture. A signature KB style.
