Wine Review: This medium garnet colored Pinot Noir opens with a spiced plum and black cherry bouquet with hints of blueberry, cedary, and rosemary. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is round, balanced, and juicy. The flavor profile is red plum and clove blend with notes of red raspberry. We also detected hints of cinnamon, dark chocolate covered black cherry, and tobacco. The finish is dry, and its flavors and tingly tannins linger and last for a while. The Panel would pair this Pinot with turducken, barefoot contessa rack of lamb, or with the Silver Palate’s chicken marbella. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Nose: Expressive red apple, raspberry, and pomegranate aromas excite alongside soft notes of lavender and spice.
Mouth: Lively texture, with a medium body and refined.
Finish. Pristine.
