Wine Review: This dark garnet colored red blend from Knotty Vines opens with a plum and red raspberry bouquet. The medium body is smooth, dry, and juicy with balanced acidity and tannins. The flavor profile is a light creamy feel with flavors of blackberry, plum, cherry, light chocolate, vanilla, and black pepper. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. I would recommend pairing this California Red Blend with a blue cheese and bacon burger. - Joe
