Wine Review: This garnet-colored Cabernet Sauvignon from South Africa opens with an inviting black plum and cedar bouquet with hints of red cherry and tobacco. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, smooth, and very approachable. The flavors profile is a tasty mild cedar and red plum blend with notes of stony minerality, cherry and tea blend. The finish is dry, and its fine tannins are very nicely sustained. I would pair this South African Cab with a filet mignon. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Cranberry, cassis, berry flavor on the pallet. Textured, juicy fruit, with chalky tannins. Beautifully integrated and balanced oak. Winemaker`s Initial aromas of red berries which leads through to layered profiles of sour cherry, flint, and leather, rounding off into a plummy richness on the mid-palate and finishing off with soft, velvety tannins.
