Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc from Knights Bridge opens with an inviting ripe green melon bouquet with hints of coconut flakes. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and viscous. The flavor profile is an Anjou pear and coconut flake blend with notes of plain yogurt and green melon. I also detected hints of passion fruit and a touch of oak. The finish is dry, and its flavors are very nicely extended. I would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with baked halibut. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: The 2022 vintage is a pure and concise expression of Sauvignon Blanc. Aromas of white peony tea, linden flower, and lemon blossom, alongside scents of sea breeze make sipping hard to resist.
