Wine Review: This medium pink colored Rose from Knights Valley opens with a watermelon Jolly Rancher bouquet with hints of red raspberry, wet river stone and lime. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is very nicely balanced, soft, and smooth. The flavor profile is a mild watermelon and honeydew melon blend with hints of chalky minerality. We also detected subtle hints of raspberry, tangerine, herbal tea, and lime mixed in. The finish is dry, clean, and refreshing. The Tasting Panel really liked this, Rose. We would pair it with a crab cocktail. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: From start to finish, our 2021 offering is the epitome of spring. Aromas of wildflowers, wet stones, and watermelon rind are followed by a light and airy mouthfeel. Stonefruit, prickly pear, and melon flavors are carried seamlessly across the palate by a focused acidity and refreshing finish. This wine welcomes the sunshine and is wonderful enjoyed on its own or paired with light and fresh spring fare. Drink now through 2026
