Wine Review: This opaque and very dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon based blend from Knights Bridge opens with a black raspberry and cinnamon bouquet with hints of violet, red cherry, and blueberry. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, round, and dense. The flavor profile is stewed red plum and graphite blend with notes of cinnamon tea and blueberry. We also detected hints of cedar and black currant. The finish is dry, and its fine dusty tannins drift away nicely. The Tasting Panel would pair this Cab with a filet mignon with bearnaise sauce Enjoy - KWGTP
