Wine Review: This golden colored Chardonnay opens with a baked apple and ripe pear bouquet with a hint of cantaloupe. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, rich and generous. The flavor profile is pear, banana, and chalky minerality blend with notes of oak and honeydew melon. I also detected some hints of grilled pineapple in the aftertaste. The finish is dry, and its flavors are persistent.
