Wine Review: This slightly cloudy and light straw-colored Chardonnay from Knights Bridge is excellent. It opens with a light vanilla oak and Anjou pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied and has nicely integrated bright acidity. The flavor profile is a very tasty pineapple and golden delicious apple blend with notes of Nilla wafer cookies. I also detected hints of Squirt soda and ginger in the aftertaste. The finish is dry, and its flavors linger nicely. I serve this very impressive Chard slightly chilled with Chicken francese. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Seeking to capture the full spectrum of the variety with abundant aromas of honey, ginger, graham cracker, sweet butter, and orange blossom. A rich mouthfeel and luscious flavors of golden apple and toasty vanilla are highlighted by a laser-focused acidity, followed by a long, plush, mineral finish.
