Wine Review: This midnight purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Knights Bridge opens with a blackberry and black plum bouquet with hints of menthol, blueberry, and coconut. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and smooth. The flavor profile is black plum and stony minerality with notes of blackberry and black tea. We also detected hints of boysenberry spearmint, clove, and oak. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity have very nice length. The Tasting Panel would pair this Cabernet Sauvignon with Italian bricole. Enjoy – KWGTP
