Wine Review: This faint orange colored Rose opens with a wet stone and faint watermelon bouquet. On the palate, his wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a gentle tangerine and strawberry blend with notes of minerality. The finish is dry and very refreshing; I would pair this nice Rose with steamed mussels. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: A pleasant aroma of pink grapefruit with hints of strawberry and melon supported by subtle hints of white pepper. The beautiful and elegant light color is on the melon side of pink. Pair with Fish, poultry, or pork
