Wine Review: This white gold colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a fragrant gooseberry and asparagus bouquet with hints of passionfruit and quince. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated plus acidity. The mouthfeel is slightly viscous, zesty, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a slightly tart yellow grapefruit and gooseberry blend with notes of asparagus and lime zest. I also detected hints of ginger tea, nectarine, and dried coconut.
