Wine Review: This pitch black colored red blend from down under opens with a mild black raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied and very fruit forward. The flavor profile is a ripe boysenberry with notes of plum and oak. The finish is dry and its fruit flavors last for a little while. This wine would be a nice fireplace wine on a cold winter's night. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Appearance: Brick red in colour with crimson hues. Nose: The perfect package, spicy notes, dark cherries, cloves and a hint of older French oak come together seductively on the nose. Palate: A classic Rhone styled palate, one that brings together all the complementary nuances and flavours of the three noble varieties in a refined and long palate experience.
