Wine Review: This Pinot opens with an attractive light strawberry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and juicy. The flavor profile is a black raspberry with a hint of black pepper. The finish is dry and its well managed tannins are very nicely prolonged. This Pinot would pair nicely with grilled salmon drizzled with lemon butter. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Black cherry and Bing cherry fruit with soft, sensuous, velvety tannins. Integrated oak imparts a hint of smoke on top of the fruit and earth in the nose.
