Wine Review: This brilliant ruby colored Pinot from Anderson Valley opens with a faint raspberry bouquet. However, on the palate, this Pinot comes alive. It is full bodied, very well balanced, and silky. This very approachable wine shows off delicious spicy red raspberry flavors. The finish is dry and its tannins are nicely pronounced and sail on for quite sometime. This Excellent Pinot from KJ would pair rather nicely with a filet mignon. Seek out a bottle or two today. Cheers – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Wild strawberry jam aromatics with smoky, briary and raspberry flavors and a burst of blueberry.
