Wine Review: This slightly opaque dark ruby colored Syrah opens with a moderate black raspberry bouquet with a hint of pepper. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, and satiny. The flavor profile is a mild black currant with some chocolate mixed in. The finish is dry and its moderate smooth tannins linger for sometime. The panel suggested that this elegant Syrah would pair nicely in the near term with filet mignon or Not Your Average Joe’s mustard chicken. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Full-bodied inky color with dark, lush and jammy blackberry and cola flavors.
