Wine Review: This dark ruby colored wine opens with an attractive cherry vanilla bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and juicy. The flavor profile is a very tasty blend of black cherry and red raspberry. The finish is quite dry and its dusty tannins are nicely prolonged. Pair this tasty wine with a New York strip steak.
