Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cab opens with a very attractive cherry bouquet with notes of menthol. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, very nicely balanced, smooth, and fresh. The flavor profile is a tasty blend of black cherry and black raspberry with notes of dusty oak and a hint of menthol mixed in. The finish is dry and its dusty tannins linger for quite some time. This big boy will certainly continue to improve with time. In the meantime, decant it and serve it with beef bourguignon. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Deep, rich, chunky and full-bodied. Loads of black fruit, licorice, currant, espresso roast, slight tobacco and a hint of chocolate.
