Wine Review: This bright ruby colored Pinot opens with a spice raspberry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a very spicy lush black raspberry. The finish is dry and its well managed moderate tannins linger quite nicely. This wine would pair well with a grilled pork tenderloin. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Black cherry and ripe strawberry fruit with soft, velvety tannins. Integrated oak imparts a hint of smoke on top of the fruit and earth in the nose. This lush, sensuous wine is unfiltered.
