Wine Review: This versatile Rose from KJ would be good to have on hand for the warm weather. It is a medium salmon color, and has a complex bouquet which includes watermelon, peach, strawberry, wet stone and white florals. On the palate, it is medium bodied, has medium acidity, is balanced, fresh and quite quaffable. There are flavors of green apple, nectarine, strawberry, stony minerality and some hints of ruby grapefruit and red berry. The finish is dry and citrusy and lasts a long time. In addition to being a good deck sipper, it would pair with crispy fish tacos or Thai chicken and watermelon salad with a citrus vinaigrette. – Mark

Winemaker Notes: A gorgeous hue of pale pink, jumps out of the glass with crisp grapefruit, strawberry and white floral notes. Aromas of fresh cut watermelon, hibiscus, and apricot.
