Wine Review: This dark red colored Zinfandel from Kendall Jackson opens with a very fragrant boysenberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and very juicy. The flavor profile is a red currant and boysenberry blend with notes of red plum and cedar. I also detected hints of black pepper and oak. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity linger for a little bit after the wine is gone. Enjoy – Ken
