Wine Review: This pale straw colored Chardonnay from Kendall Jackson opens with a faint oak and mild pineapple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied and slightly acidic. The flavor profile is mild pineapple and green apple blend with nicely integrated mild minerality. I also detected hints of lemon and touch of oak. The finish dry and subtle. This Chard is food friendly and would pair nicely tuna and avocado tartare. Enjoy - Ken
