Wine Review: This pale straw colored Sauvignon Blanc from California opens with a pleasant pineapple and apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a mineral infused pineapple and tangerine blend with hints of cantaloupe. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity fade away nicely. This Sauvignon Blanc would pair well with seared scallops drizzled with an orange cream sauce. Enjoy – Ken
