Wine Review: This bright red colored Pinot Noir from Kendall Jackson opens with fragrant ripe strawberry bouquet with hints of cherry-cola. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a pleasant mild red raspberry with hints of oak, red beet and strawberry. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. This Pinot is food friendly and would also be a nice glass pour for a bistro. I would serve it with Spanish shrimp paella or pulled pork sandwiches. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This dark garnet gem delivers bright cherry, strawberry and raspberry fruit with elegant earthy notes infused with cola and mild spice accents. Oak aging adds a hint of vanilla and a soft, toasty finish.
