Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay from Kendall Jackson opens with a pineapple, peach, and new oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and easy going. The flavor profile is light lemon and peach blend with notes of nicely integrated oak and hints of pineapple. The finish is dry and its flavors are nicely prolonged. This Chardonnay is so popular because it is very good and so friendly. I would pair it with grilled trout with a lemon butter sauce. Enjoy - Ken
