Wine Review: This very dark violet colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a mild black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and a bit fruit forward. The flavor profile is a raspberry and old oak blend with notes of mild minerality. I also detected hints of strawberry and red plum. The finish is dry and its mild tannins do not interfere. This Cab is a nice entry level wine that will be enjoyed by many. I would serve this wine with juicy bacon burgers. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Aromas of lush, bright black cherry, blackberry and cassis draw you in. Round, rich, seamless tannins provide a robust backbone and supple mid-palate. Notes of cedar, vanilla and a hint of mocha linger on the finish.
