Wine Review: This very food friendly light yellow colored Chardonnay was well received by the panel. It opens with a mild tangerine bouquet with hints of peppermint, apricot and pear. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, smooth, soft, and approachable. The flavor profile is a gentle Bartlett pear with a melange of other fruits including peach, pineapple, banana, along with hints mild vanilla oak and butter. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. The panel suggested pairing this very nice Chard with chicken cordon bleu, Dover sole or steamed mussels. Enjoy - KWGTP
