Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a mild boysenberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty mild plum and gentle red currant blend with hints of oak and blueberry. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are a bit sticky. This is a nice everyday Cab that would pair well with marinated steak tips. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Aromas of lush, bright black cherry, blackberry and cassis draw you in. Round, rich, seamless tannins provide a robust backbone and supple mid-palate. Notes of cedar, vanilla and a hint of mocha linger on the finish.
