Wine Review: This yellow colored Riesling from Monterey is a nice wine and very good value. It opens with an apricot and mild clementine like bouquet with a hint of ripe Bartlett pear. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, pleasantly sweet and lush. The flavor profile is a blend of pineapple and mild tangerine with hints of Anjou pear in the background. The finish is semi-sweet its flavors fade away nicely. This Riesling would pair very nicely with angel hair pasta with shrimp and lemon cream sauce. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Deliciously crisp with vibrant fruit aromas and subtle spice notes. Layers of apricot, peach and orange blossom intermingle with bursts of aromatic jasmine delivering a delightful finish. - Randy Ullom
