Wine Review: This light yellow colored California Chardonnay from Kendall Jackson is consistently very good. Which explains why they sell so much. It opens with lemon butter and vanilla oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, mouthwatering and quite flavorful. The flavor profile is a pleasant apple with notes of oak and lemon. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This Chard is always a crowd pleaser and would pair well with pasta carbonara. Enjoy - Ken
