Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet from KJ opens with a boysenberry and gentle red currant bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy going. The flavor profile is a gentle plum with hints of mild oak, minerality and a touch vanilla. The finish is dry and moderate tannins stick around for quite some time after it is gone. This wine is a nice and friendly Cab and it would pair well with juicy Kobe burger. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Aromas of lush black cherry, blackberry and cassis draw you in. Round and rich tannins provide a robust backbone and supple mid-palate. Notes of cedar, vanilla and a hint of mocha linger on the finish.
