Wine Review: This dark yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a mils lemon and apple bouquet with a hint of honey. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and viscous. The flavor profile is an Anjou pear, honey and cashew blend with hints of pineapple and new oak. The finish is dry and its flavors linger well after the wine is gone. I would pair this wine with chicken and wild mushroom tortellini with a butter cream sauce. Enjoy - Ken
