Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay from Kendal Jackson opens with a mild pineapple bouquet with a hint of anise and faint tangerine. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced and crisp. The flavor profile is a tasty mild Anjou pear with hints of tangerine and pineapple. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. This wine is a very nice summer option and would be perfect with grilled swordfish skewers off the grill. Enjoy - Ken
