Wine Review: This dark ruby colored red blend opens with a mild pomegranate bouquet with hints of red currant and craisin. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, fruit forward and juicy. The flavor profile is a ripe red plum and pomegranate blend with hints of cranberry and a touch of black cherry. The finish is dry and its fruit flavors linger. Minimal and subtle tannins do not get in the way. This is a very nice everyday red. It would pair well with Italian dishes. Lasagna came to mind first. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This beautifully layered wine is rich, complex and offers a sumptuous texture. It displays alluring fragrances and flavors of raspberry jam, dark chocolate, black cherry and pomegranate. Smooth tannins envelope the mouth and linger beyond each sip. - Randy Ullom
