Wine Review: This light white gold colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a fragrant lime and green apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, shows some elevated acidic and is crisp. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green apple with notes of Anjou pear and a hint of lime. The finish is dry and pleasantly refreshing. I would suggest pairing this wine with Rachael Ray's Frutti di Mare. Enjoy - Ken
