Wine Review: This is a very interesting and unique reasonably priced Pinot Noir. It is dark ruby colored and opens with black cherry, red beet and black raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and savory. The flavor profile is a smoky oak infused strawberry with a hint of mild black cherry. The finish is dry and its mild old oak tannins linger for a little bit. This wine would pair well with beef bourguignon. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: This garnet gem delivers bright cherry, strawberry and raspberry fruit with elegant earthy notes infused with cola and mild spice accents. Oak aging adds a hint of vanilla and a soft, smoky finish. - Randy Ullom, Winemaster
