Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a mild vanilla oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very well balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty mild lemon with a hint of Bosc pear and gentle light oak and pineapple in the background. The finish is dry and refined. This Chard is very food friendly. I would pair it with Les Zygomates grilled rainbow trout in a brown butter sauce. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Rich tropical fruit intertwines with grapefruit, lemon and candied lime peel. Elegantly layered, this wine exhibits a lush texture and firm backbone with a hint of vanilla and cinnamon spice to round out the long finish. - Randy Ullom, Winemaster
