Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a faint peach bouquet with a hint of cantaloupe and pear. The flavor profile is light bodied, balanced, and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a gentle Anjou Pear with a hint of minerality, lemon, and pineapple. The finish is dry and subtle. The panel suggested pairing this versatile wine with grilled shrimp, soft shelled crab or even a turkey club. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Succulent melon, ripe pear and fresh lemon grass mingle together in this medium-bodied Sauvignon Blanc. Fresh lime complements the subtle mineral quality while added layers of fig and honeysuckle round out this crisp, aromatic wine. – Randy Ullom, Winemaster
