Wine Review: This yellow colored Chardonnay is amazingly consistent from year to year. This year’s version opens with a fragrant oak and lemon custard bouquet with a hint of mango. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, slightly acidic, yet round. The flavor profile is a very tasty vanilla oak infused lemon with a hint of pineapple. The finish is dry and its mild oak notes are subtle and pleasant. This Chard is extremely popular for a reason and would pair very well with chicken cordon bleu. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Beautifully integrated tropical flavors such as pineapple, mango, and papaya with citrus notes that explode in your mouth.
