Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored Cabernet opens with a fragrant and fruity red raspberry, pomegranate and boysenberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, juicy and savory. The flavor profile is a mild toasted oak infused plum with hints of red raspberry and blackberry. The finish is dry and its mild tannins stick around for a little bit. This wine is food friendly and would pair very nicely with a Five Guys bacon and sauteed mushroom burger. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Aromas of lush black cherry, blackberry and cassis draw you in. Round and rich tannins provide a robust backbone and supple mid-palate. Notes of cedar, vanilla and a hint of mocha linger on the finish. — Randy Ullom, Winemaster
