Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a mild tangerine and wet stone like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, has a round mouthfeel and is slightly viscous. The flavor profile is a mild lime and tangerine blend with gently infused minerality and a touch of acidity. The finish is dry and very refreshing. This wine is a steal and would be a perfect summer wine. It will appeal to readers who like a little more body and a little less acidity in their Sauvignon Blanc. I would pair this wine with linguine and clams in clear garlic broth. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Succulent melon, ripe pear and fresh lemon grass mingle together in this medium-bodied Sauvignon Blanc. fresh lime complements the subtle mineral quality while added layers of fig and honeysuckle round out this crisp, aromatic wine. - Randy Ullom, Winemaster
