Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Riesling opens with floral and mild peach bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and slightly acidic. Yet it shows off some viscosity. The flavor profile is a tart green apple with notes of tangerine, honey, and lime. The finish is semi-sweet and lingers nicely. This is a nice entry level Riesling. I would pair it with shrimp scampi or a Savoury Lane turkey club. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Honeysuckle, apricot and peach flavors delicately mingle with hints of Anjou pear. Deliciously crisp and nearly-dry with overflowing orange blossom flavor accented by aromatic jasmine and a delightful finish. — Randy Ullom, Winemaster
