Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored Syrah is a pleasant everyday option that would go well with a burger off the grill. It opens with a mild boysenberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, smooth, and very easy going. The flavor profile is a mild blackberry with a touch of gentle oak. The finish is dry and its mild chalky tannins are present but do not get in the way. That makes it a perfect quaffing wine to go with your burgers. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Lush, rich, ripe, jammy blackberry, cola and spice followed by velvety, long, lingering tannins and fruit. — Randy Ullom, Winemaster
