Wine Review: This dark ruby colored wine opens a fragrant black raspberry and plum bouquet with a hint of dark chocolate. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a fruit forward ripe plum with notes of pomegranate and a touch of oak and black cherry towards the end. The finish is dry, a bit sticky, and lingers. This kitchen sink blend is a pleasant everyday red option. I would pair this wine with your favorite gourmet pizza. Enjoy - Ken
