Wine Review: This very dark purple colored Cab opens with a pleasant mild black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, shows excellent balance, and finesse. The flavor profile is an enjoyable blend of blue and black fruits that are wonderfully integrated together. There are gentle notes of oak mixed into the background as well. The finish is dry and its mild tannins are nicely prolonged. This wine is showing really well right now and it would pair perfectly with a filet mignon. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: This Jackson Estates Grown Cabernet Sauvignon stands apart. With plenty of cassis, hints of espresso roast and dark cacao it offers a mid-palate lushness, opulent texture and elegantly balanced tannins. - Randy Ullom, Winemaster
